The development consists of four freestanding buildings with 20 units in total. Hyde Park House, Oxford House and Piccadilly House are under construction, with commencement of their second phase of development, Eaton House, scheduled for mid- August 2012.
Since launching their Park Lane Development in late 2011, over 70% of the units have already been sold to Horizon Capital’s clients. Due to the favourable timing in the development cycle, Horizon Capital was able to secure competitive construction costs, enabling them to deliver top-quality finishes and significant green building initiatives, while still offering attractive prices and yields to purchasers.
Horizon Capital’s objective is the long term creation of wealth for its clients through an opportunistic and value-based approach to the acquisition and management of commercial property.
