Progress is being made on Ibis House, a Premium-Grade Sectional Title Office Development in The Estuaries, Century City, being developed by Horizon Capital with completion expected in July 2014
Horizon Capital’s latest development, Ibis House, situated in The Estuaries, Century City, is a fully sold, premium-grade office building that is nearing completion and available to let from late July 2014. A 4 Star Green Star rating with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA) has been targeted in order to significantly reduce operating costs. The development’s green consultant, Terramanzi, anticipates an electricity saving of 36% or approximately R150, 000 per annum when compared to a regular building of a similar size, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of 65% and water consumption for irrigation purposes has been reduced by 90%.
