Pictured here is John Witter, Lee-Ann Hopley (a Senior Associate at ENSafrica) and Catherine Bond, signing the transfer documentation for Ibis House, Horizon Capital’s latest Premium-grade development situated in Century City.
Horizon Capital has worked with ENSafrica on over 100 property transactions over the last few years. The transfer documents being signed here relate to Horizon Capital’s fifth commercial development in Century City, Ibis House, situated in the Estuaries, Century City. Letting has now commenced, with offices ranging in size from 125m² upwards, including an entire floor of 700m² or the whole building of 1400m². A number of green building initiatives have been included in the design, with a focus on energy and water efficiency, in order to reduce operating costs and improve the working environment for occupants. A 4 Star Green Star Rating is targeted, and the development’s green consultant anticipates an electricity saving of 36%, or approximately R150,000 per annum, when compared to a traditional building of a similar size. The finishes are top-quality, including air-conditioning and a kitchenette in each unit. Semi-basement and ground-level parking bays, bicycle storage and shower facilities have been provided, together with generous terraces and balconies.
