Horizon Capital (HC) is to develop 3 small sectional title office blocks in a top node of Century City. The blocks are being developed to supplement the supply of investment properties being acquired for their high net worth investment clients to form part of their portfolios. The development of the 3 sites will offer smaller tenants the opportunity to rent premium, AAA-grade offices with top finishes in a secure, modern and upmarket environment, obtaining the exclusivity of their own building if desired. 75% of the first block has already been sold to HC’s clients, but a number of units of varying sizes are still available for purchase.
Seen at the site is Horizon Capital CEO, John Witter, with Giles Balmer of the Rabie Property Group who facilitated the sale of the land to HC, together with the HC team: Teresa Cook (Investment Manager), Kate Hogarth (Investment Consultant) and Brina Snyders (Architect). This is about the 20th purchase HC has made in Century City. HC shares the vision for Century City as a secure, first-world, Work Shop Play and Stay environment. It offers the Canal Walk Shopping Centre and new Virgin Active Gym within walking distance for tenants, resulting in low vacancies, good rentals and ultimately excellent investments.
